§ 03Newsletter subscriptions
Free newsletter
The free Sunday newsletter is offered at no charge. You can subscribe by providing your email address via the signup form on the site. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Paid newsletter (paid edition)
The paid edition of Steps To The Wealth Weekly is available at $9/month or $90/year, charged via ThriveCart in USD.
Free trial: New paid subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial via your subscriber dashboard — you will not be billed if you cancel before day 14.
Recurring billing: After the trial ends, your card is charged according to the plan you selected (monthly or annual). The subscription renews automatically at the same interval until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your subscriber dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Refunds: Post-trial, we do not offer refunds for already-charged billing periods. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future billing.
Locked-in pricing: Your subscription price is locked at the rate you signed up at. We will not raise your price for as long as your subscription remains continuous.
Changes to the newsletter: We may add, remove, or modify sections of the newsletter over time. We will not materially reduce the value of the paid edition without notifying subscribers. Material changes may include: removing a recurring section, changing send cadence, or modifying the assets tracked.
§ 04DCA Simulator Pro and other digital products
DCA Simulator Pro
DCA Simulator Pro is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the premium features of the DCA Simulator. Refund policy: 14 days from purchase, full refund, no questions. Email welcome@stepstothewealth.com to request.
Other digital products
Other digital products (e.g., guides, ebooks, templates) sold via the site are subject to a 14-day refund window unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase.
§ 05Acceptable use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish any of our paid content without written permission
- Use the site or any product in a way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to bypass any access controls, scrape content at unreasonable rates, or interfere with site operation
- Misrepresent yourself when subscribing or making purchases
If we discover misuse, we may terminate your access without refund.

All content on stepstothewealth.com — articles, newsletters, tool outputs, frameworks, names, logos, and design elements — is the property of Steps To The Wealth unless otherwise noted.
Personal use is fine. You may:
- Read and print content for your own use
- Forward newsletter emails to friends (the more, the better)
- Reference content with attribution
You may not:
- Republish content as your own
- Reproduce paid newsletter content publicly without permission
- Use our name, logo, or framework in a way that suggests endorsement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steps To The Wealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or any product.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
